Payment 

Payment accepted via Paypal, credit and debit cards and other international payment methods.

Shipping

I will send a message when the parcel has been posted. If there are any delays for whatever reason I shall inform you immediately.

UK CUSTOMERS
I ship all parcels via standard Royal Mail and get a Proof of Postage receipt. If you would like your parcel to be sent with tracking it can be sent Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Please let me know before paying as there will be an additional cost to cover this.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note: NaMumade is based in the UK but I am happy to ship to international customers worldwide. (Please see below regarding custom and duty fees).

To keep prices low I send most of my parcels Airmail without priority or tracking (unless specified in my product description), please note that parcels can take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination, particularly if they are held up at Customs.

DELIVERY OF "MADE TO ORDER" ITEMS
For any custom made items or Made to Order, the delivery window can be longer depending on stock levels and timescale to make the item.

NB: Please note on all custom order, payment is required before I start working. I am unable to take on a custom order without payment. (For details about cancelling and refunds for a custom order, please see my Refund section)


CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTY FEES
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Any customs fees, taxes, duties, tariffs etc that you might incur at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your own country's tax regulations and are collected by your own country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if there is some problem with item.

LOST ITEMS. Unfortunately no postal system is perfect and at times items go missing. I always obtain a proof of postage and cannot be responsible for items which are lost in the post. As noted above ordinarily I send packages via the normal postal system and airmail internationally. I cannot track them. Should such a package go missing, I can claim up to insured value. I am happy to do so and to refund this to the buyer, less any costs or fees I incur in doing so. The Royal Mail requires that you wait at least 20 working days (for Europe) or 25 working days (for the rest of the world) before making such a claim. I can make a claim on the purchaser's behalf and will need a signed note from the purchaser to say that the item did not arrive in time. I will refund the money (up to the insured amount) once this is credited to me from the Royal Mail.

Should you wish to insure your package for more then please chose the postal upgrade choice at checkout for tracked postage, or contact me prior to paying and I will adjust the postage cost for you.

DAMAGED ITEMS All of my orders are wrapped carefully and packaged in a sealed plastic envelope. I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the package in transit, but I am happy to provide the purchaser with a signed note stating that the item was carefully packaged prior to posting in order to assist with any claim for the damage.

Due to the handmade nature of these items we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. We will accept exchanges but only if the item is faulty within 5 days of receipt. Item must be in original packaging, unused and clean as received.

Additional Policies and FAQs

These clothes are made in a pet-free, smoke-free home. All my items are carefully checked and wrapped with tissue paper or in a clear plastic bag.
